Some of the worst service a Chipotle has offered. I can understand one bad night, but this location consistently runs behind, with waits of 50 minutes. A location that gets as much business as this one should not be so disappointedly under staffed...

Completely disgusted at the Waterford Lakes location. This is the 2nd time I have been to this location and had to walk out due to sanitary issues and poor customer service. We went here Tuesday January 18th 2022 around 6pm and the serving line was completely trashed as you can see in the photo. They were low on everything as their cooks were not wanting to work. When the line person told the cook she needed more veggies he threw them on a completely gunky dirty grill and said "I'm going on break" he left the food unattended and walked off. This is ridiculous and this place needs new management as health and safety should NEVER be neglected. This is bad.
