Twice in the last two weeks I've had my ordered done completely wrong - both with little care to address my issues by the on site staff. I sympathize with fast food workers but a careless and unapologetic attitude is not excusable. Both times I ordered all optional items in the bowl, including lettuce, fajita veggies, extra rice and beans. What I got was a half bowl full of food that looked partially eaten. This location constantly has a "online orders only" sign on the door for the last year. There have been more than a few times that I have wanted to stop and get food on the way home when walking by but couldn't because my phone was dead. People are placing orders online and then sitting down at almost all the table inside waiting for their order to be fulfilled essentially being no different than a dine-in restaurant full of customers during covid - without the requirement of testing. If you're going to be a walk up franchise than allow people to walk in and order food to go.
