I've been going to chipotle since 2006, this location since April 2021, right across the street from my house. I've never been more disgusted, a lime green bug appeared on my counter as I was eating, same color as the lettuce. I killed and thought maybe it's a coincidence. But hen I see another bug literally on my lettuce (see photo). I'm choosing to spend my hard earned money on your franchise and this is what I encounter?!! Ughhh

Chipotle is so unprofessional. I will be calling corporate on who ever was the night manager. Being an owner of a business and coming into another establishment and you tell a customer no is so crazy to me. If you sell salads on your menu and a salad comes with a dressing THE ONLY DRESSING YOU HAVE IN HOUSE. Why would you think to not have that for the whole day. The salad cost $9 and you expect me to eat it dry because you say it's an hour left and y'all don't want to make anymore. Whaaaattttt. What kind of customer service is that.
