I ordered a burrito and it didn’t even look like a burrito when I received it it it looked like a rock and disgusting they barely put any food in it as if I didn’t pay 13 dollars for it!!!!THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIM THIS STORE messes up my order or gives me bad quality food! I even called the store and they didn’t help at all! Poor service ,poor food quality and rude people I don’t recommend it

This is the worst experience I've ever had at a chipotle across the entire United States. If I could Get my money back in any conceivable way I would. They messed my entire online order up, weren't ready for the door dash rep and the food was cold when I received it. It was my first time ever using an online food ordering service from chipotle and I will never use it again based off of my experience here. You have been warned save your money and go to the next chipotle in the area.
