We arrived there around 7:40 pm and ended up walking out with nothing like everyone else in line about 20-30 minutes later. Here's what I sent on their web site. "Can you explain why AFTER waiting in line for 20 minutes, when someone ahead of us asked if there was a problem, only then did the staff tell the two dozen people in line that ALL off the payment systems were down and they couldn't take any payments??? That is horrible service. We thought it was slow...

While food is always consistent, in store ordering and customer service is TERRIBLE. How about worry about the order for the customer that is standing RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU and those in line instead of online orders. I prefer not to pay a delivery fee if I don't feel like it.

For the price of product, I always expected a better service than a Taqueria but at this location, service is horrible, the other day I was in line and an employee completely ignored me and went on to ask the person after me what they will like, she even said he is first.... it was very obvious he was ignoring the fact that I was next, I still don't understand why this kind of bad service but unfortunately you are the closest Chipotle to us..... please get better workers, we pay for better service, it is not a favor you are doing..... it has been always a bad experience with this location, you can do better but starts from the top....
