literally the worst chipotle. employees are rude. i kept going back because its so close to my apartment but i'm over it. this last visit i walked in, they weren't even busy. 3 employees made eye contact with me yet no one acknowledged my presence so i walked out. a business is nothing without it's customers. do better, chipotle. :)

I have only been to the Chipotle Mexican Grill location in Cypress (17400 Spring Cypress Rd) only once. I placed an order online on a weekday at the end of the lunchtime rush and arrived about 5 minutes before the promised time. Just as I was walking in, my order was being placed on the Togo shelf. I had no complaints with my order. The staff weren't too talkative...
