I am incredibly disgusted by this chipotle. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience here but it will 100% be the last time. As I was finishing my burrito, I bit into something awkwardly crunchy and extremely bitter. It felt like biting into a rotten gusher with a shell. After some inspection, it looks to be some kind of insect mixed in with the guacamole. Next time I want chipotle, I'm better off going to a field and chowing down on a patch of grass in hopes of getting a mouthful of whatever poor insects decided to call it home. Chipotle in itself is good (minus the queso) however I'm not a fan of the fact that they will fulfill seemingly 20 online orders before they take care of you who is actually in the restaurant. I thought the commercial once upon a time said they had two kitchens, one for online and one for in-store but maybe I got that wrong.

Called because the app glitched and despite placing my “favorite” order as usual It went to this location instead of the one in the woodlands, I called and they said they would email me regarding a corporate refund for me and they never did. I wouldn’t even have minded if I could just have It remade or done at the other location but that wasn’t an option apparently. So lost $15 for no reason.
