Food was great, but it was freezing inside and its January. The coke machine was out of co2 no lids for cups and no napkins

They gave me someone else’s burrito and when I called back and got mine they completely messed up the order

First time I've been in a Chipotle Mexican Grill. Not impressed Place was so loud, tables were dirty floor had a lot of trash on it. To be fair, the place was full and there was a line - very very busy, and at 2:30 pm. The food was ok. Very generous portions but a limited menu. I don't care for Moe's or Taco Bell either
