They are simply put just too busy to handle the sheer volume of customers they see on a daily basis.NEVER MOBILE ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. You will almost always spend an extra 20 minutes waiting on your food. At that point you might as well wait in line and order that way. They never even use the mobile order shelf so you have to find a good time to bother the cashier for your order.

This is another unique location in Aspen Hill ,MD . It's called Chipotle Mexican Grill . They have good menus and foods But the people they have sometimes have language barriers they need to work on . Plus they have my favorite burritos with bean and lettuce and tomatoes , and refried beans or beef . They have an open kitchen to show how to make the foods and make your choices and have good seatings . But still it's nice to come here because it's a place I can come to learn my mixed heritage . Plus enjoying the food there too . But the managers and staff need to learn english when dealing the the american public so there are no misunderstandings . But I can understand spanish pretty well and try to understand even though born here in the USA . But the spanish are my people and family always will be . The prices are reasonable for the foods there . But sometimes the language berkier fr others i think is just the only problem that others have there when it comes to their reviews . But I understand their concerns and sympathize .
