This chipotle needs to close. I am astonished that this place is still in business. Whoever runs this place has no clue what they’re doing. Just read the consistent reviews on this location. It’s just embarrassing and giving the entire corporation of Chipotle a bad name. Employees are all lazy, miserable and scared to death of COVID. It’s hilarious but very sad to see since they’ve officially ruined this location. Probably not the employees fault but whoever is in charge over there. This location is closed constantly too which is just ridiculous and stupid looking to any business owner. Chipotle wake up and fix this awful location already. Stop with the automated responses and get your butts over there to see for yourselves how sad this location is and fix it.

This is one of the worst chipotles in New Jersey in my experience. My food was cold, as soon I got to my car my burrito was cold to touch. The guacamole they served was brown— I didn’t see the tray of guac until after they put it on my food but if I knew that’s what they were going to serve I would have not have ordered it. Rice was cold, peppers were cold. Obviously this is one remote time and I have not been there prior, so I don’t know if this is a persistent problem.

Chipotle is great. Here at Chipotle Mexican Grill (@ Brook 35) the staff is funny and great and helpful and nice and generous and polite and friendly and cute. Was just there this morning. Will be coming back tomorrow. :) :) :)
