I sat in the chipotlane for 10+ minutes with a couple of cars in front of me. I decided to go inside to pick up my online order. Four employees walked past me and didn’t greet or ask me what I needed while fixing their coworkers food and another playing on the cash wrap for over 5 minutes. Another lady walks in and after 5 minutes a young girl asks her who she’s picking up for and then proceeds to ask me the same. After I expressed that I had been waiting without being helped she responds with a patronizing tone. Moral of the story, the customer service at this location is deplorable. Furthermore, my bowl was cold. I will NOT be returning and I will be contacting the store manager or general manager about the occurrence.

Food arrived ice cold per under eats. Called the store 3x and. No one answers. Store is 4 mins away and should not be this cold. It sucks I order it 1-2 times a week.
