Worst Chipotle ever. This location makes it their MISSION to give you as little meat as possible. These employees have been trained to scoop as little meat for you as they can and then force you to pay for extra when you ask for a little more. Don't be fooled if you're coming here for value. Everytime I go to this location the staff is nice and quick to serve me, the food is usually always good too. Definitely recommend this location over others in the area

DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION NOR WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!!!! Visited 3/21/20 I purchased two chicken bowls both with extra chicken, a side of queso and chips. Upon arriving home I began to consume my meal and noticed the the chicken is absolutely tough. There is no flavor and the texture of the meat is dried out completely.!!!!! How awful!!!! This is horrible as I visited this location in which is 40 minutes away from my home as I was out shopping. I phoned the establishment (today @4:30pm) and spoke with Kevin who stated that he is the manager of this location and informed me that if I wanted to be refunded that I would need to contact corporate as they would be better able to assist me! Are you kidding me??? The manager Kevin did not once apologize for the quality of the food being extremely poor nor for the inconvenience this is causing me as I now have to run back out nearby my home to find something else for my kids to consume for lunch! Customer Service goes a very long way and understanding that there is a pandemic going on however, have a heart and place yourself in the shoes of a paying customer! Now I must contact the corporate office through a email (as that is the only way that you will be able to report this inconvenience) wait 2 weeks for a response from them then another 2 weeks for my refund to be issued to me.
