Chipotle Mexican Grill in Alpharetta

I love chipotle! In fact this is the 3rd day in a row. I didn’t go to my usual location since windward was closer.Rice was undercooked so much that I was chewing hard granules.They also didn’t have any chips today.Hardly any meat left for the barbacoa. I got the bottom of the container and there wasn’t enough in there. They didn’t bother adding more.I hope it was just a bad day for them. Haven’t had it this bad ever. I can say I didn’t have to wait long, there wasn’t a line… I probably won’t visit this location again. I hope if management sees this you can see it as not a complaint but a way to improve. I’ll still continue to go to other locations.

Need some serious Maintanance

Wish zero stars was available. Waited 24 minutes past order pick up time for online order. One employee working front while another just stood there and wandered aimlessly. Possible manager in the back standing around and doing nothing. (Online order was for 4 people, including 2 bags of chips, queso and quacamole cups.) When I finally got my order, everything was all piled into one bag, literally looked like it was about to burst. Once home, we found out that my wife's quesadilla only came as 2 plain tortilla wraps. All except one meal was missing something or cold. Not to mention charging almost $3 for quacamole is atrocious. Literally one of the worst chains I've ever been to. Maybe management needs to worry about how they can get better productivity and be productive themselves, instead of just lounging in the back. Will not be coming back to this location and will definitely never recommend Chipotles for any "fast" Latin style foods, especially when there are better businesses out there thay are 100x better and a ton cheaper. 2 plain tortilla wraps for $13, ha amazing what businesses can do to their clientele. Good luck, don't eat here.
