Horrible experience - this location provided my online order with a 7:20 pm pickup at 7:50 pm and gave me a barely filled burrito bowl instead of the burrito I ordered. I will not be returning any time soon.

JOSE the manager is very poorly educated on the Point of sale system, he was unable to accommodate for my birthday burrito and I ended up having to pay on my birthday LOL what a joke of a manager. Won’t be coming here again… felt embarrassed on my birthday… I am a loyal customer and JOSE the manager cant figure out how to comp a birthday burrito LOOOOL hire better managers. Jose is terrible.
