Honestly, this has to be the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. They don’t make your food in front of you, they’re only taking online orders but you can still sit inside the dining area. It’s almost like there isn’t any leadership team there… it’s a bunch of kids working and the food is terrible.

I keep giving this place another chance, but no longer. They consistently (probably 75% of the time) get my orders wrong, often times missing multiple ingredients. I've been given the completely wrong order multiple times recently, and have been served meat & dairy when I cannot eat those. Managers or staff sound annoyed when I call asking for a replacement or refund. The lack of attention to detail is persistent, and I'm no longer spending any money here.
