I am from Arizona and I have never had a branch of chipotle tell me that they don’t know how to make a quesarito, I am a college student attending a University in Oskaloosa, IA to which I drive about an hour pretty much every weekend to get chipotle bc I love chipotle, I expect to get a quesarito after my hour drive bc I come to DSM strictly for chipotle and drive back right after, after asking for a quesarito the manager proceeded to say idk how to make one and asked 2 employees if they knew how to and they both said no so I said it’s not hard I can tell you guys what to do and he proceeded to tell me that he couldn’t bc of rush hour, but what if his employees said they knew how to make one?? Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service how are you gonna put one customer above another??? I drove an hour and I’m pretty loyal to chipotle but this is my last time coming to this location!
