I had the "WORST" interaction I've ever experienced with Kelly on 3/14/21 at 12:24pm at the Annapolis Mall location. I ordered a 3pointer (chicken and rice, only). It was rang up wrong. I get it, accidents happen. I gently brought it to the young man's attention, he went to get Kelly for a refund. Kelly came over I told her I ordered chicken and rice only and was charged for a bowl. Instead of partnering with her colleagues to verify, Kelly actually reached for my food in my bag to check it!!! To make matters worse, she didn't have on gloves!!!! Of course by now, we're holding up the line, which was embarrassing. I again told Kelly I only had chicken and rice and that she should just confirm with her colleagues who had "just" prepared my order as this was a big inconvenience. She refused. I had to pull every item out, one by one, which was humiliating. The whole time I wondered "is she doing this because I'm Black? Why would she degrade me or anyone in this manner?" I apologized to the customer behind me, as this process was taking long and shouldn't have happened. I got my meal out, opened it and actually showed this lady my meal!!!! Portions are a joke. Why is my burrito the size of a juice box?? Also, if you run out of ingredients, signs should be posted. I shouldn’t have to wait til the very end to find out you don’t have guacamole.

Annapolis place is very bad. Staff is incompetent. Paid for a full bowl and it was only 3/4 full... Disappointed!
