Unless you enjoy having your order rushed on a slow night go elsewhere. The crew seemed more interested in chatting then working, and the cashier totaled me out before getting my entire order.

My first time eating food from Chipotle. I was impressed with the food and customer service from the establishment.

This Chipotle is a joke! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went there today and had yet another terrible experience! The general manager Alexis Harbor gave me my food that was 45 minutes late, cold, incorrectly made, WAS HIGHLY RUDE and did not have all of the things that I ordered. Alexis Harbor told me that I could get a soda instead of the four different lemonade and juices that I ordered online for pickup. If I wanted soda I would have ordered soda! I spent over $70 for this sorry excuse of a manager to tell me that there was nothing I could do and I should try to contact customer service! She did not offer to replace the drinks with possible Izzy's or Nantucket! No she sent me on my way! I called back to get the regional managers information because Alexis Harbor was so rude to me and when I called back she didn't want to give me the regional manager's name. She said she didn't have the contact information. After probing her, I finally got a name and an email address and it was the wrong email address! So if you're keeping track here, she has not compensated me for an order that was over $70, my food was cold, she lied about not having the regional managers information, and then supplied the wrong information! Is this how Chipotle Mexican Grill trains their manage...
