Severely understaffed, I would avoid going here until they fix the issue. Orders take much too long to fulfill 45+ minutes after promised time, multiple times.

Used to be great but they've been having major issues with timing the last half dozen times I've been (peak times or non-peak doesn't seem to matter). I'll usually order for pick-up, but more often than not I'll end up waiting 20-30 minutes past my ETA. More frustrating still, I can see the pick-up order...

The absolute worst service I’ve ever had. Store was very busy and understaffed which is understandable, but the order was wrong, the food wasn’t even warm when we got to the parking lot. When I pointed out that part of the order was made incorrectly, the guy was frustrated with me that he incorrectly made it, threw it down with both hands into the garbage and had someone else make it. I made sure to emphasize extra cheese 3 separate times and even the remake had less cheese than the original one. I know it can be frustrating when it’s busy with people and online orders, but this Chipotle needs to try and make sure food is made correctly, and ATLEAST warm when you leave the door.
