My husband and I were thrilled to ve able to eat some of Choo-Choo Barbecues sandwich's at the Madison Cawthorn rally tonight at the WNC Ag center Boone building. They did the catering for the event and we don't think we have ate any barbecue as good as this places. The meat was so tender and moist and they had a wide variety of sauces to squirt in top of the meat. We are only sorry that we couldn't have had more but other people still had to get theirs that were standing in line behind us.
