Choong Man Chicken in Houston

This is honestly got to be one of my new favorite Korean fried chicken places in Houston! It's definitely a hole-in-the-wall kind of place. The outside says "CM Chicken" instead of "Choong Man Chicken" so it took me about a second to find it. One of the unique flavors of this place would be the snow onion. I highly recommend it. Out of the snow onion flavors, I've only tried the original "snow onion" flavor. I haven't tried the other 2 ones yet, but I also have a low spice tolerance haha. This sauce is soooo creamy and delicious. The flavor of the onion with it is really good too. I'm honestly usually not a fan of eating raw onions in general, but I'll make an exception with this. Honestly, this flavor alone is going to be the reason why I want to keep coming back here haha. I literally cannot stop daydreaming about how delicious this was. My friend had actually hyped up this flavor for me before I even came here and tried it, and it was definitely well worth the hype. The other flavors that I tried that are really good are garlic soy chicken, curry chicken, and garlic soy tikkudak. All of the chicken came out so fresh and crispy. It was just the perfect amount of crisp. I will definitely be coming back here and bringing back friends to try it!

Out of all the Korean Fried Chickens places I have had in Houston…. this is by far my top place! Love the Snow Chicken dish, honestly all the flavors are good! The chicken is juicy and crisped perfectly!!!
