Always great food always fresh and cooked to order

I have eaten here many times and always enjoyed it. Today my food was NASTY! I ordered Orange Chicken and noodles. The, I guess it was Orange Chicken, was severely overcooked, crusty, and greasy. Even the noodles were greasy. If I can't depend on the quality of the food being the same all the time, I can't continue to be a customer.

Although most establishments are of little consequence to the standardization of one's dietary habits, Chopstick Express has been a wonderful addition. Many restaurants and cuisines obfuscate the line between moderate and exceptional cuisine, often having only a singular dish which supports its existence, but Chopstick Express dazzles with consistency and variety. A fortunate reality in discovering new places is that standard menu items exist across multiple establishments of similar cuisine types. Lo mein is a staple for Asian cuisine, which allows for comparison across the Asian cuisine landscape. Chopstick Express's lo mein, a simple dish which is the backbone of the quality and care of takeout Chinese, is by far the best I've had.
