We've been visiting this establishment for many years and have always enjoyed it....... until now. We just ordered take out (and we only ordered one dish) and didn't realize that it was wrong until we arrived home 6 miles away. Called the restaurant to advise only to be told that the order was correct. The manager that I spoke with on 18FEB2022 @ 322PM required me to bring the order back for inspection.....As if I was lying . I get all the way back to the restaurant for her to open the box and say "yeah he made it wrong" and walked away from me. NO APOLOGY ......Really?? Not sure what kind of management style that is, but I'd say it wasn't the most pleasant. At this point I wish that we would have simply gotten a refund because the order is still not what it should be. Please consider training your management to be more pleasant and to apply more courtesy (manners....ie. please, thank you, SORRY WE APOLOGIZE....) We hope that our next visit is more satisfying.
