Chuan BBQ is the best BBQ restaurant I have ever served in the US. Moreover, it is No.1 restaurant I recommend everyone coming to Seattle should try.

I stopped by Chuan BBQ for some quick food and to satisfy a Chinese BBQ craving. The staff was very welcoming, and seated us quickly without delay. The ordering system is online, and easy to navigate. The food came out quickly and it was DELICIOUS. The skewers are top notch and probably what they are known for as a Chinese BBQ place. Definitely recommend.
