It was my families first time to Chuck E Cheese in years and I mean years!( my kids are 13 & 17) We had a great experience the whole staff was very friendly, they did everything they needed to make sure everyone was there was getting the experience they paid for! Keep up the good work! We noticed was a team of ladies holding it down. Great job ladies

Listen, it's Chuck E. Cheese, not sure what people expect but I guess it's hemet so people like to complain. ANYWAY I just want to say that the staff was great, it's busy and they really do the best they can. They were very apologetic about wait times and I appreciate that. I just want to say your hard work is noticed and I know it isn't easy working in this type of establishment so again we appreciate the friendly service despite being short staffed. :)
