Just visited this location with my daughter. Chucky wasn’t available to come out due to short staffing. Our little one was a little upset but we completely understood the circumstances. The manager Benjamin was very thoughtful and apologized for the inconvenience and invited us back at a later time and date to see chucky when he was available (which is after 5pm now on weekdays) As the manager he was extremely caring and even gave our daughter a little surprise and a day pass for us to return. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you Benjamin

It's Chuck E. Cheese. Pizza - meh. Games & prizes - so-so. Customer service - decent. I gave stars for cleanliness and bc a majority of the games were in working order.
