Amazing staff and a really hard working manager! We come during the day while the other kids are at school. Even with almost no other kids here, he still dresses up as Chuck E. And dances for my daughter! We come here for every birthday and our kids absolutely love it!

Kids love this place! Went to my grandchild's 4th Birthday Party. As expected, It was a Saturday and extremely crowded. I ordered the big app sampler to share with everyone and a drink for me. It was $29. It was supposed to come with french fries, mini corn dogs and bread sticks. After waiting a very long time...party almost over they brought out part of it saying they would bring the rest. Never came. Asked about it was told it would be out. Party over. We got moved but never got rest of food I paid for. Food here is not very good. We also had peperoni pizza in our group. It wasn't very good. Nothing was really good. But kids did enjoy the party.

Disappointed. Today was my toddlers first visit to Chuck E. Cheese's. Decided to get the unlimited pass and was told their system was down and I could only use the machines. I almost left but it was pretty empty so decided to take advantage of that. In the future I will call before going to make sure their system is working. With as many kids as I got it's not worth h...
