My Grandbaby loves it been there 3 times last month. Never was told need to pause card when eating. Otherwise 30 mins dissappear. Also I finally got 1000 points for getting ball in never registered on our card. Also lost mins since didn't initially know about pausing while eating pizza. We preferred old tokens as opposed to timer. Pizza tastes good. Still overall fun time. Also waited 20 mins to get problem resolved for Mgr who never came by. Staff friendly. Chuck E. Cheese was very disappointing from a grown up perspective. They have a long way to go in the Customer Service, Employee and Manager Training and getting the details right areas. COMMUNICATION and TRAINING are VERY UNSATISFACTORY! We have family ranging from 2 years old to 78 together for a party package birthday party. The trouble started in just trying to get the info we needed about specifics of what to expect and pricing. Once we arrived, and checked in, they were expecting us, and that was nice. But...The reserved table was for the 6 kids with no arrangements for the 10 adults that we had registered and already paid extra for extra pizzas. Our hostess asked us a million questions that could have been completed online instead of while anxious, waiting, excited kids were hopping around wanting their cards/bracelets. This took almost 20 minutes! One of the questions was about when we wanted our pizzas brought out to the table. We agreed that one hour would be good and then they brought them out in 33 minutes along with the ice cream, at the same time. Is that weird? We sent it all back, since the party was scattered and not expecting to return until their hour was up. Also,No one explained how the unlimited bracelets...
