Chuck E. Cheese in Albuquerque

We took my 3year old son here yesterday for his birthday. For starters, walking in the girl working the door was so uncomfortably rude! Her facial expressions, and she had a bad attitude. And we’ve been before and had the same problem with the Same girl. It’s not good to walk into a fun place and be greeted by that. Then we had our little party. The Chuck E. Cheese mouse that was working last night around 6 was amazing!! whoever they were they deserve props they were amazing! my son absolutely loved them as well as other kids. They interacted and cheered on kids it was great! Then we went to get some dip n dots for my son, the girl has him choose, puts them in the cup for him and another worker (manger I believe) ran up and told her infront of us not to do it she had to have us pay first and the register was closed 45 minutes before they should have been. So the poor girl embarrassed, had to pour them back into the container. For one the manager had gotten them for us before we paid the first time. It was my sons bday and they couldn’t even let us know before teasing him with the Ice cream. Overall it wasn’t terrible my son had fun. But to end the night with a screaming kid because of someone’s mistakes isn’t fair to him either. And to start the night with a rude mean greeter wasn’t cool either. Broke my heart it was his birthday.

Went last to take my grandson for his 3rd birthday and he wanted a dip n dot ice and the girl had got it but the manager made her put it back and said no according to her the register was closed at 8:45 when they close it at 8:54 and my grandson started crying which some BS

Came here to celebrate my sons 3rd birthday tonight and I can tell you we had a horrible experience. The entrance greeter , manager and shift lead are very unprofessional and rude. We spent over $200 dollars tonight and they could not provide basic customer service and make my child cry over ice cream. They also scolded a new employee in front of customers for helping with the ice cream stand. I would go else where if you are trying to look for good family fun. If I could give 0 stars I would.
