I writing to complain about the customer service of one of your employee named Diego on Jan 20, 2022 around 8PM. Diego took my order of 2 of your 3 piece boxes of chicken, but he put them both in one box. When I advised him that these were separate orders could he put them in separate boxes, he then slid the 2 boxes to me and told me to do it myself. When I questioned why he was treating me this way and that I have been a regular a week customer to this church's business. Diego the manager said to me that maybe I need to find another church's to buy my chicken. At this time I asked if the manager ms sandra's was there. At this time, he informed me that ms sandra's no longer worked there anymore and that he was the manager. I will say that during this exchange i never cursed at diego or said anything in a disrespectful way. I only told him that his customer servic...
