We have sampled the food of most of the trucks that dock at Dry Falls Brewery in Hendersonville. This was the best by far! I had the Don Corleone and the chef was wise enough not to use large tomatoes since they are out of season. The sandwich had the little Glory tomatoes which are always juicy and delicious. Our friends had the Tony Soprano and they pronounced it delicious! I only wish they were located closer so that we could take advantage of their food more often! Watching the local breweries to see where they will turn up again!

Arrived and hour late and ruined our event. Not enough food for our party of 30. Failed to bring enough plates. Brought no knives and no napkins. Each guest had one helping, and the food was gone. My wife and I did not eat. Two trays of potatoes were rock hard and inedible. We had to provide them with ten bottles of water (from our drink coolers) for the heating trays. Even after all this, upon leaving they tried to add a 20% gratuity. I had them remove the gratuity from the bill.

We were lucky to have Ciao Y'all visit our neighborhood in late May. I never tried them before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. We ordered the Fried Porcini Ravioli, the Crack and Cheese and He Cheese sandwich. Everything was DELICIOUS. Great textures, flavors and just a wow in every bite. I don't usually indulge and eat pasta, but I can say, this is worth the calories. The portions were good and filling. I can't believe I hadn't heard more buzz about this food truck. If there was more room in my belly, I would have ordered more. This is a hidden gem worth checking out!
