This is the only Cicis location my family will go to. The staff is great and they try their best to keep the buffet stocked. There is a shortage of employee but the pizza keeps coming out! We were not able to order a custom personal pizza because they were too busy during dinner time. We will definitely be coming back to this location.

Food is cold, manager was rude, and the place was dirty and messy. Doesn’t seem like they clean the bathrooms either

Tonight was great. I haven't been here in a while. Pizza was hot and many choices. Salad bar was even great. Rafael was the greatest. Greeted us in and out. I guess he ran a great shift because I witnessed all employees on task and offering the same great customer service as Rafael.
