1/11/22. We (my mom and stepdad) got here at 11 when they’re supposed to be open. Only to have to wait 20 minutes. Once we got to the buffet, the pizza was NOT fresh. You could very much tell the food was from the day before. One of the staff members was VERY rude. The place is dirty, and just overall a very poor experience. Will not be coming back to this restaurant chain for a very long time.

The honor coupons, that other Cici’s opted out of. I will say the sprite was out of order and they didn’t have spinach at the salad bar. The manager was working. Very friendly and didn’t seem aggravated when I requested a pizza ( sausage) . Restroom was clean. They accept Apple Pay. Food was good. I only saw one other worker. Place was dirty. Place was short staffed. Only 3 employees working during lunch rush hour (during a holiday week). Salad and vegetables looked old. Pizza was not fresh. Drink station was dirty. There were no deserts. I asked for a tray to carry my plates and drink... the manager responded like I was retarded...she said it's been at least a couple years they haven't had trays. Because of Covid, it's been a long time since I had gone to a Cicis restaurant... I was not aware they no longer had trays. I felt bad for the employees who were stressing out trying to keep up with the dine in, drive thru pick up and telephone orders.
