The lady that was worked the front counter was rude and then I found a black piece of hair on my pizza. I talked to the lady at the front and she said “I’ll go talk to them im sorry.” and she showed it to the worker and she just shrugged and threw the pizza away as if this was a natural occurrence . I wasn’t offered a refund or any sort of coupon. On another note, the brownies were literally the same consistency as playdoh. Customer service was horrible DO NOT COME HERE

This place gets worse every time I come. Cicis use to be my favorite buffet. Especially since it's like the only pizza buffet, they have completely gotten over priced, if there is pizza out it's old and cold. Employees in back on phones jamming music as loud as music played in whole establishment. The roof is caving in, dirty tables for it being slow, but the few pizzas left and out I had were good. I pray they do some remodeling, re hiring and get some noise going before CiCis shut down. It'll be a sad day when they do.
