Absurd rules. Can't order snacks at the snack counter. One size popcorn? No wonder this is such a lot rated place.

Used to love this theater prior to Covid not only for the shows but for the food as well (Vietnamese tacos were outstanding). Have come back a couple of times since and unfortunately the great menu they once had is gone, only to be replaced by a lot of just terrible food. My wife and I keep thinking if we keep trying different items, at least one will make it worth eating but alas, it is not to be. Hard to screw up pizza but the meatball/pepperoni pizza we got literally tasted like a wet, disgusting sock. Now we eat elsewhere before we go and spend just the price of the tickets, where as we used to be in the $150 range with adult beverages etc. We go less frequently as well now. It is hard to understand  that managment believes the current menu adds value to the experience. I mean they eat food too, right?  The staff is almost always very pleasant though and the seats are comfy and in good working order, which is why we gave a 3 star rating. Give us the old menu back and the review will go back up to a 5 star rating (only dipping below that if the bathrooms aren't kept up, which can be a bit of a hit and miss, as one other Yelper lamented).

I've been coming here for years. Clean theater's and always amazing service. This time a different experience as I went upstairs to use the ladies restrooms since the downstairs restroom had a line (two stalls with one closed). There was a cut out advertisement for " licorice pizza". While I can appreciate advertising for upcoming movies at the theater, this one was somewhat explicit including a young girl wearing a very thin white tank top displaying what I will only describe as her "high beams". Not a big deal to most, but seriously? You're advertising a movie at a theater advertising to all ages... As I was thinking of saying something, yet hesitant, I was walking back to the theater and noticed a gentleman in a suit on my way out. His name was Sergio and I actually decided to speak up. this was a first time for me and not only was he receptive to what I had said he walked upstairs to check on what I was referring to. He took the advertisement down right away. I don't blame Sergio nor do I blame Cinepolis. This was obviously a...
