I love Cinnabon and when I lived in Colorado, I'd go when they open and they would have fresh ones coming out of the oven. This location unfortunately opens for service with no fresh Cinnabons. If you get there when they open, you have 2 choices, get a pre-pack (who knows how long it's been there) or wait 40+ minutes for fresh ones. So disappointed. I'd like fresh Cinnabons for breakfast not closer to lunch. That's just me. Maybe they'd do bet...

Went to order Cinnabon here (like I do every time I go to mall) and employees were extremely rude and not customer service friendly, so I left. Oh well. Customer service is paramount to surviving in todays business world.
