Ciudad Azteca Taqueria can easily be missed driving along the foothills. It's nestled between a gas station and a Mexican market/liquor store. Go straight for the super burrito ($7). Yes, it's super. Choice of meat, rice, black or pinto beans, lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole, red or green salsa.  It's a humongous, juicy, textured, flavor-packed masterpiece. I highly recommend the al pastor.  It's barbecued pork marinaded with red chiles and pineapple. When you hit that piece of sweet/salty pineapple in the burrito, your eyes will lighten up. The tacos are frankly forgettable to my Angelino tastebuds. The carne asada was nothing special.  I don't even see the grill or where the meat comes from.  Don't worry about it. The service is acceptable between two ladies. One scowling lady who acts like me asking for more salsa or a paper plate would end her business. And one sweet lady that gave us complimentary chips and four salsas after I told her how much I liked the restaurant.   Bless her. There are three small tables and a counter to eat on. So bring everyone you know, but at different times, in groups of 3 or 4.
