Finally, I have found good Mexican food in Oregon. I have found that majority of the Mexican food you find in Oregon is bland, lifeless, and not up to the standard I know and love. I've grown up in Southern California majority of my life and nothing beats the little hole in the walls that you can find all over California. Mind you, majority the places you find are Americanized Mexican food. Needless to say, Covina Mexico Lindo meets my expectations. Also, if you like pork I would recommend the carnitas.
