I have always been coming here since 2014 in my high school days and have always enjoyed the food and service. But lately the service has gotten pretty bad. They don’t answer the phone anymore. I literally saw the ladies working not even bother to answer the phone at all. The phone kept ringing and I’m sure there’s a lot of other potential customers calling for orders that are being ignored. Last week I ordered the food through Uber eats and when the Uber driver got to the cocos restaurant they were told by the restaurant employees that the order never came in and was not made. I’m sure it came in because for Uber eats the delivery has to be accepted by the restaurant once the customer orders it through the app. So it made no sense and when I tried to call the restaurant nobody would pick up. Today I wanted to order my food to go so that I don’t have to wait and can pick it up when it’s ready. I called a few times and nobody answered. When I went into the cocos restaurant to order I literally saw the ladies working not answer the phone at all and it kept ringing. This is ridiculous and needs to be addressed asap. I’m sure many others like me are upset and tired of this service.
