I will say I always love coming here! I'll keep my past message the same but I came to give an update on my frustration with this location. I have added a new photo to show some proof. I always stop in and get 2 coffees on my way to my parents. I have been a loyal customer, even though I am now living in Louisville. I only had one slot left and I was like, "Yes! That means one of my coffees are free!" so I was very excited. I get up to the window and hand her my stamp card to get my free coffee just for it to be given back me to with no new stamps and on...

Amazing friendly staff. I go there so much when I order in the drive thru they know my name never disappointed. Pass Starbucks and drive an extra 7 minutes just to get to coffee crossing. I don't even care for Starbucks anymore and that's saying a LOT.
