Bruh, listen, I love coldstone, delicious every time, HOWEVER, and I KNOW this is a first world problem, but the last 4 times I've been here over the past few months, I've asked for frosting in my cake batter ice cream right, but EVERY TIME they've given me whipped cream instead. Doesn't matter if I order online or over the counter and clearly say frosting, I still get whipped cream. Please label them so staff can tell them apart

I love a late night snack and cold stone creamery rarely disappoints. I believe this location is understaffed which results in long lines that make you want to leave. I'd go back to this location only because it's the closet one to where I live.
