Our kids love this place for a yummy treat! Good ice cream and so many mix in flavors, however, the staff needs some additional customer service training. Their lack of caring is way too obvious. So many workers and it still takes forever to be helped. Then when paying, they don't apply rewards correctly, don't know how to redeem rewards (and ultimately making us miss out on rewards all together) and charging incorrectly for items. Super frustrating.
