Usually I don't write reviews but I feel compelled to because of the amazing ice cream and customer service here at the Cold Stone in Stuyvesant Plaza. The assistant manager Anna was extremely helpful and cordial! They even had white confection dipped dog bones that I like to nibble on with my canine pal. Overall great experience!

If I could give zero stars I would I don’t recommend eating here it’s so dirty I never see a manager present when ever I come in and there’s s issue and the costumers ask for a manager to fix it the manager always insist a refund instead of fixing the issue costumers never walk out happy pls fix

I absolutely love ice cream and Cold Stone Creamery in Stuyvesant Plaza is the best by far and I have literally been to every ice cream spot in the Capital Region. The service that I receive when I go in is excellent. The entire team is super! They are all extremely friendly and the fantastic service is what keeps me coming back for more.
