I just visited this location with my 2 children and was absolutely shocked to see the way the Manager/Owner treated her staff. She spent our whole visit yelling at her staff member and being disrespectful to her. Not only was she incredibly rude to her own staff but she was terribly rude to us. I went over to this place during the summer to get some ice cream and it was very surprising.The Ice cream flavors and cakes are amazing,stunning and,delicious.The chocolate fudge tasted great and maybe next time,I would come here again and try out more flavors of delicious ice cream. Their customer service are very helpful and so is the staff.They are amazing and overworked,like really.I would like to come over to Cold Stone Creamery next time when I come back.
