My visits here are normally great with the manager and owner being awesome. However, it seemed like my request for how I wanted my milkshakes would sometimes be ignored by some workers. And my last visit the young lady gave me a dirty look when I stated I wanted to stand where I was and observe the young man making it, to make sure he was making it how I asked.

Only one person taking orders. Manager more interest in a pick up order. Watch at least six people walk out rather than wait. Then ice creation not very good because server was rushed. Last time we go to a Cold Stone Creamery. Just not worth it.
