I love Cold Stone Creamery. I got the Chocolate Delight and watching them mix the toppings was so cool!

Was just here with my very patient and sweet two year old who asked nicely for ice cream. I told him we would share it. We waited our turn, ordered our ice cream, recieved it, and walked to the register. Where we were completely ignored. For five full minutes. An older gentleman I suspect was the manager saw us and completely ignored us. The person who made us the ice cream ignored us. The other person making ice cream walked over to the register where we were standing, looked at me holding a 2 year old and my debit card, looked at the register, then walked away and ignored us. I called out "hello" and waved my card several times. At that point it was insulting and humiliating and my son was very sad. We left the ice cream and walked away. Worst customer service I've EVER had at an ice cream counter. Worst part was when we left my son assumed it was his fault and said "sorry" to me. I explained it wasn't his fault, and he was a good boy, the people at the store were just naughty and not good like him. I told him we would get ice cream somewhere else. We will never be back at this location.
