From the start the girl on the phone named Sarah didn’t sound happy about placing my order. Sorry but customer service isn’t a hard job. I’ve always loved this place even though last time I had an order a girl never placed it. I picked it up the day before my bosses birthday and they never even made it never had the order placed. Not sure if I will be coming back to this cold stone.

I ordered a few pints online for pickup. I went to pick it up a little while later and when I got home the ice cream was pretty badly melted. My car was not heated that much, as I literally live 6 mins away...6 mins! I also put the ice cream in the trunk, where it's even colder. In the dead of winter this is unacceptable. I suspect that they had it sitting out on the counter after scooping the pints and not in the freezer waiting like it should have been. It's a shame because their ice cream is really delicious but I won't be coming here again.
