Just got ice cream from here and I was walking out and it looks like a German cockroach on their door. Idk if it is a roach but regardless, gross.

Coldstone ice cream is awesome! But I constantly have an issue when coming to this location. If you come at night, please expect to wait in an extremely long line and watch workers behind the counter gossip and joke around to each other instead of taking orders. There are always at least 5 people working every time I come (more than most ice cream places) and I’m always spending twice as much time at cold stone to get my food.
Star Treatments
Cold Stone Creamery is the Starbucks of ice cream stores. Very overpriced mediocre ice cream with a fancy name. The store was clean and the staff was very nice. I went there for an ice cream cake for my son's birthday. They didn't have prices on the cake and I went into total sticker shock to find out that the 8 inch cake the woman juat wrote my son's name on was 45 bucks. It wasn't anything special, could have gotten the same cake from baskin robbins next door for $20 cheaper, but it was too late. I will definitely never go back. It didn't taste like anything magical and we all had screaming headaches the next day. Could be a coincidence but I'm not taking any chances.
