It's a Cold Stone Creamery. The food is standard for the franchise, no complaints there. My complaint is that the service is poor and seems ill-managed. Even pre-COVID, this location suffered from confusion with online orders, understaffing, and poor training. The current pandemic has made things worse. Go to any of the other restaurants on this stretch for dessert and pass on Cold Stone.
