My husband and I frequent this location quite a lot since it is so close to our house. The staff used to be really good and friendly, but seems like that has changed a lot. Hard to get acknowledged anymore and they seem to care more about getting the to-go orders ready than waiting on people actually standing there. The ice cream is always very good. We went there on Sunday. The girl ringing out the customers overcharged us. It would help that they verify what you have ordered before they assume what you have ordered. Unfortunately, I did not catch it in time before the transaction was completed. We had used a gift card and paid the difference on a debit card. The "manager" voided out the ice cream that was wrong, rerang it and said we owed $6 more! How could we owe more when we got overcharged in the first place?
